M Tirumal Srinivas

Executive Director

Tirumal Srinivas heads the construction division within the Malaxmi Group. He is actively involved in construction management, construction advisory, quality control, bid evaluation, techno-commercial negotiations, purchase recommendation, budgetary proposals, vendor development, material management, tender management, technical support and review of design reports. A seasoned technocrat,
Tirumal is a graduate in civil engineering with over 25 years of experience in construction. Earlier, he was associated with for Rajyashree Constructions, Desein Private Limited and Lanco Group.

Mr. M Zaved Akther

Head – Operations

Zaved heads the infrastructure division in Malaxmi. He is actively involved in infrastructure development, project management and control, tender management, techno-commercial negotiation and technical supports. Prior to joining Malaxmi, he was associated with Reliance Energy, LANCO, BGR Energy and Simplex Infrastructure. He has rich and varied experience in Project Management and construction of power projects and refinery.
Zaved is a graduate in civil engineering from NIT Silchar and a Post graduate in Construction Management from NICMAR.

 

Deepa Balasubramanian

Head of Corporate Affairs, Malaxmi Group, CEO, The Sedibus

Deepa has 13 years of experience in banking, operations, risk and compliance, projects, content and digital marketing. She is also a published author and columnist.

A former entrepreneur herself, Deepa is currently the Head of Corporate Affairs at Malaxmi Group of Companies, and Chief Executive Officer of The Sedibus, Malaxmi Group’s complete startup ecosystem platform in Andhra Pradesh. She has been instrumental in setting up The Sedibus Technology Business incubator at VR Siddhartha College in Vijayawada and is an active enabler, connecting the dots for upcoming startups and creating an outreach with the industry and mentors.

TS Gangadhara Rao

Vice President – Construction Plant &Machinery (CPM)

Gangadhara heads the Asset Management Fleet of the Infrastructure division in Malaxmi. He is also involved in providing strategic and operation leadership inputs to the team and has expertise in policy & procedure development, optimal machinery utilisation, asset management and IT related services.
Prior to joining Malaxmi, he was associated with GVR Infra Projects, BHEL, Ordnance Factory (Ministry of Defence) & Prelude Software solutions (USA).
Gangadhara is a graduate in Metallurgy and Master of Engineering – Gold Medallist in Physical Metallurgy.
